Fish Pate
Great on sourdough toast
Or with crackers
This is great for whenever you have a bit of cooked fish left over, such as crispy skin left overs. Mix it with cream cheese and you'll have a delicious protein rich spread for toast or crackers.
If you just mix white fish with white cream cheese it's gonna be boring, so add some chives, lemon zest, salt, pepper. Adding a bit of liquid smoke is a good trick too if you don't want to go through the effort of smoking the fish.
Cook a bunch of fish
Mix with cream cheese, onion, herbs, etc
Store in jar. It can be frozen but will be slightly curdled (grainy).
