Ok, I'm just gonna release this. Warts and all. It will be done eventually. There's hopefully still enough content to make it worthwhile. A fair bit is missing, especially pictures, but it's coming. Some sections are just notes. But hopefully there's enough here to be useful. Content that never sees the light of day isn't helping anyone.
